Road Safety Week 2020

National Yellow Ribbon Road Safety Week is from 15 November to 22 November. The Week highlights the impact of road trauma and ways to reduce it.

One way to reduce road trauma is to drive so others survive. Road Safety Week is an initiative of the Safer Australian Roads and Highways (SARAH) Group that partners with road safety organisations and governments throughout Australia.

Become involved by taking the pledge to drive so others survive and picking up a free yellow ribbon for your car, or a lapel ribbon to wear, from a Service Tasmania outlet.

Landmarks throughout Tasmania will be lit in yellow, including the Launceston Town Hall, the Burnie Makers Centre and Hobart’s Wrest Point Hotel Casino.
